摘　　要：西南再生资源产业园作为西部地区唯一的“城市矿产”项目,在多元主体背景下的园区建设和运营过程中积累了十分丰富的环境治理经验,其在实践中所探索形成的政企共治、分类管理、经济调控、源头与末端并重、全社会共同参与的环境治理模式,为其他地区再生资源产业化建设提供了较大的启示。Southwest Renewable Resources Industrial Park is the only"Urban Mine"national project in the western region,which accumulated a wealth of experience in environmental governance in the process of construction and operation under the background of multiple subjects.It has explored and formed an environmental governance model in practice that includes government and enterprise co-governance,classified management,economic regulation,equal emphasis on the source and end,and the participation of the whole society,so as to provide greater enlightenment for the resource recycling industry in other regions.
