摘　　要：通过总结天津市“十三五”期间主要电器电子产品保有量与报废量,以及废弃电器电子产品回收情况,分析废弃电器电子产品拆解处理现状,并分别从政策层面、拆解品类结构层面、合规运营与监督管理层面,对天津市废弃电器电子产品回收处理行业高质量发展提出了建议与展望。The paper summarized the social reserves and waste amount of electrical products,and the recycling of waste electrical during the 13th"Five-Year Plan"period in Tianjin,and analyzed the current situation of dismantling and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products.Respectively,from the policy,dismantling category structure,compliance operation and supervision and management,it raised some suggestions and prospects for the high-quality development of the waste electrical and electronic product recycling industry in the city.
