摘  要:产消融合时代,数字动漫产业UGC用户需要培育持续创意能力、动漫基础能力、技术运用能力等专业技术能力,提升创作质量;需要采用多工种合作、多方式开发、多轮次参与,促进协同生产能力,提高创作效能;提出通过熟悉版权法律知识、谨慎选择授权范围、聘请专业人士代理等增强版权保护能力,维护创作权益的建议。In the era of integration of production and consumption, UGC users in the digital animation industry need to cultivate professional and technical capabilities such as continuous creative ability, basic animation skills, and technical application capabilities to improve the quality of creation. They also need to adopt multi-work cooperation, multi-method development, and multi-round participation to promote collaboration, production capacity and improve creative efficiency. Therefore, people in related industries can enhance their copyright protection capabilities and protect their creative rights by familiarizing themselves with copyright laws, carefully choosing the scope of authorization, and hiring professional agents.
