摘　　要：从组织领导、育人环境、两课教学、学生管理和主题教育5个方面构建了大学生思想政治工作评价指标体系。两课教学和学生管理是大学生思想政治工作评价中重要的两个方面;利用层次分析法对大学生思想政治工作评价指标体系进行赋权。提高大学生思想政治工作的评价需要改善相关活动效果,提高学生参与积极性,并提升活动效果。This article is divided into five parts to build the evaluation index system of ideological and political work for college students, including organization and leadership, educational environment, political education teaching, student management and theme-focused education. By using the AHP to empowerment of the evaluation index system, and found the political education teaching and the student management are the more important aspects. Through the empirical analysis, show that the evaluation of the two aspects of teachers and students are relatively satisfactory. To improve the evaluation of college students' ideological and political work, it is necessary to improve the effect of related activities, increase students' enthusiasm for participation and the effect of activities.
