摘　　要：本文中作者通过油气分析,发现了一台500kV主变乙炔激增超标现象,结合其他试验检测手段,找出了该变压器在制造工艺、材料质量、安装工艺等方面存在的不足,并提出了针对性反措建议。Through oil and gas analysis, the author found that the acetylene surge of a500 kV main transformer exceeded the standard. Combined with other test and detection methods, he found out the defects of the transformer in terms of manufacturing process,material quality, and installation process. The measures and suggestions are presented.
