摘  要:目的探讨头面部皮肤裂伤手术时机对伤口愈合及患者满意度的影响。方法收集自2019年8月至2020年8月,空军军医大学第一附属医院整形外科急诊行头面部清创缝合患者819例,应用整形外科原则对伤口行清创缝合,统计患者外伤距手术的时间,术后随访伤口愈合等级及患者满意度。结果本组819例患者手术时间:0~6 h 258例;>6~12 h 356例;>12~48 h 169例;>48 h 36例,各时间点手术患者伤口愈合等级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),>48 h手术患者的满意度低于12 h内患者(P<0.05)。结论头面部皮肤血运丰富,组织愈合能力较强,对受伤>12 h甚至>48 h的患者在彻底清创后进行一期缝合也能取得满意的效果。Objective To explore the effect of operation timing of craniofacial skin laceration on wound healing and patients’satisfaction.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,819 patients with craniofacial trauma under went debridement and suture according the principles of plastic surgery.The time from injury to surgery,the grade of wound healing and patients’satisfaction were recorded.Results There were 258 patients underwent surgery within 6 hours,356 patients underwent surgery during 6 to 12 hours after injury,169 patients underwent surgery during 12 to 48 hours after injury and 36 patients underwent surgery at more than 48 hours after injury.There was no significant difference in the grade of wound healing at different time points(P>0.05).The satisfaction of patients waiting for more than 48 hours was lower than that of within 12 hours(P<0.05).Conclusion The craniofacial tissue has rich blood supply and strong healing ability.For patients who have been injured for more than 12 hours or even more than 48 hours can also achieve satisfactory results after complete debridement and suture in stage I.
