摘　　要：副神经损伤常见于医源性因素,以支配的肌肉损伤为主要表现。现报道1例由于医源性因素引起副神经损伤病例,表现为同侧胸锁乳突肌、斜方肌的萎缩和胸锁关节肿大。Accessory nerve injury is commonly seen in iatrogenic factors,mainly manifested by innervated muscle injury.We report a case of accessory nerve injury due to iatrogenic factors,presenting with ipsilateral atrophy of the sternocleidomastoid and trapezius and enlargement of the sternoclavicular joint.
