摘　　要：纤维组织细胞瘤是起源于一种独特类型的成纤维细胞性间叶细胞的肿瘤,发生于骨组织者少见。发生于骨组织者大多表现为良性,本例为低度恶性。患者青年女性,右小腿间断疼痛1年,加重伴活动受限5d。查体右膝关节肿胀明显,皮温高,局部压痛。病理示低度恶性纤维组织细胞瘤,免疫组化示CD68(+)。Fibrous histiocytoma is a tumor that originates from a unique type of fibroblastic mesenchymal cells and is rare in bone tissue.Most of those who occur in bone tissues are benign.This case is low-grade malignancy.The patient was a young female with intermittent pain in her right calf for 1 year,which was aggravated with limited mobility for 5 days.Physical examination showed obvious swelling of the right knee joint,high skin temperature,and local tenderness.Pathology showed low-grade fibrous histiocytoma,immunohistochemistry showed CD68(+).
