摘　　要：目的探究皮损区注射联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后疼痛的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法随机数表法将我院2017年1月至2019年12月诊治的80例带状疱疹患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组给予口服药物治疗,观察组治疗方法是皮损区注射联合神经阻滞治疗。比较两组患者的疗效和生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组MCS评分、PCS评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论对于带状疱疹后疼痛患者采用皮损区注射联合神经阻滞治疗的临床疗效较好,能明显改善患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of injection in skin lesions combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)and the influence on the quality of life.Methods 80 patients with PHN diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral drugs,and the observation group was treated with injection in skin lesions combined with a nerve block.The curative effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The MCS scores and PCS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Injection in skin lesions combined with nerve block is effective in the treatment of PHN.It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
