摘　　要：总结1例分娩后突发急性羊水栓塞(AFE)的救治过程,积累救治经验。分析我院1例分娩后急性AFE病例,AFE患者救治成功,结局良好。羊水栓塞病情凶险,及早诊断、积极规范救治是提高救治成功率及改善预后的关键。Summarize the treatment process of a case of acute amniotic fluid embolism(AFE)after vaginal delivery.Analyze a case of acute AFE after vaginal delivery in our hospital.A patient with AFE was successfully treated with a good outcome.AFE is dangerous,timely diagnosis and actively standardize treatment were the key points to increasing the success rate of treatment and improving the prognosis.
