摘　　要：介绍了一种全金属阵列天线阵面的集成制造工艺技术,通过对天线结构的工艺性分析,为天线振子、反射板及密封设计提供了一种可制造的结构设计方案,实现了天线振子的环境适应性装配要求,为该类天线阵面的制造提供了有益参考。This paper introduces the integrated manufacturing technology of a metal array antenna.This article provides a manufacturing structure design for an antenna element,battle-board and sealing design through manufacturable analysis of antenna structure.The requirements of environmental adaptive assembly of antenna dipole are realized.The useful reference for the integrated manufacture of a metal array antenna is provided in this paper.
