摘 要:为了提升锂硫电池的能量密度以及硫载量,设计了一种无粘结剂的超高硫载量锂硫电池正极。首先通过水热处理制备了石墨烯自支撑基底,然后将大量升华硫灌入作为硫碳复合正极,该复合正极没有添加任何粘结剂和导电剂。此外,该电池正极的硫载量超过8.0 mg/cm^(2),为常规锂硫电池的4倍以上,并且在活性物质占比接近90%的情况下仍有541 mAh/g的初始放电比容量和稳定的循环性能。In order to improve the energy density and sulfur loading of lithium-sulfur batteries,a binder-free cathode of lithium-sulfur batteries with extremely high sulfur loading is designed.Firstly,the graphene self-supporting substrate is prepared by hydrothermal treatment,and the active material sulfur is poured into the composite cathode assembly battery without adding binder.In addition,the sulfur loading of the cathode of the battery is more than 8.0 mg/cm^(2),which is more than four times that of the conventional lithium-sulfur battery,and 541 mAh/g discharge specific capacity and stable cycle performance still exist when the proportion of active substances is close to 90%.
