摘  要:在隧道建设和运营过程中出现地下水渗漏、洪水突发及有害气体扩散等灾害会对人们的生命财产安全造成威胁,采用充灌气囊的方式可在短时间内形成临时性“隔离阻挡墙”将危险源控制在一定范围内,避免灾害扩大。充灌气囊属于膜结构,抵挡外力时的受力和变形直接影响封堵失效的模式。对气囊在外压作用下的变形及失效模式进行理论分析,并通过可视化模型试验对理论公式的准确性进行了验证。文章基于ABAQUS有限元中的膜理论和空腔理论,对模型试验条件下气囊的充灌过程以及在外压作用下的变形过程进行模拟,并与理论分析结果和试验数据进行对比,同时研究气囊与隧道壁间的摩擦系数对气囊封堵变形的影响。结果表明,此种方法模拟结果与模型试验数据、理论公式推导值具有较好的吻合性,且可以克服理论公式在气囊形状、材料特性、隧道壁摩擦系数等方面计算的局限性,能够更全面地体现气囊封堵的各种特性,具有更广泛的适用性。In the process of construction and operation of tunnels,the groundwater leakage,flood burst and harmful gas diffusion and other disasters pose a threat to the life and property safety of people.A temporary“isolating and blocking wall”can be created in a very short time by inflatable airbags to control the dangerous sources within a cer⁃tain range,thus avoiding the expansion of the disaster.The inflatable airbag is of membrane structure,and its stress and deformation characteristics under external pressure have direct impact on the plugging failure mode of the air⁃bag.Theoretical analysis on deformation and failure modes of the airbag under external pressure is conducted,and the accuracy of the theoretical formula is verified by a visualization model test.In this paper,based on the mem⁃brane theory and cavity theory in ABAQUS finite element,the inflating process of airbags under the model test con⁃dition and the deformation process under external pressure are simulated,and the comparison with the theoretical analysis results and the experimental data is conducted.Also,the effect of coefficient of the friction between the air⁃bag and the tunnel wall on the airbag deformation is studied.The result shows that the simulation result obtained us⁃ing such method is highly identical to the model test data and values derived from the theoretical formula.Moreover,it can overcome the limitations of the theoretical formula in calculating the shape of the airbag,the material charac⁃teristics,the friction coefficient of the tunnel wall,etc.,and reflect the various characteristics of the plugging of air⁃bag more comprehensively,with a wider applicability.
