摘 要:自2005年以来,美军在各类军事行动中大量运用作战合同保障,有效克服了战勤比例限制,高效遂行了装备保障任务。为了提升装备保障效能,借鉴美军做法,重构了装备合同商保障力量体系,明确了装备合同商保障力量指挥体系及其关系,并提出了装备合同商保障力量的平行运用、协同运用机制构建、指挥信息系统建设以及运用制度完善4种策略。Since 2005,the U.S.military has made extensive use of combat contract support in various military operations,effectively overcoming the limitation of combat service ratio and efficiently carrying out equipment support tasks.In order to improve the effectiveness of equipment support,from the practice of the U.S.military,the equipment contractor support power system is reconstructed,the command system of equipment contractor support power and its relationship are clarified,and four strategies are put forward,including the parallel application,the cooperative application mechanism construction,the command information system construction and the application system improvement of the equipment contractor support power.
