摘　　要：为延长洋桔梗切花保鲜时间,以洋桔梗切花为试验材料,运用L9(34)正交试验,通过对洋桔梗切花瓶插期间的瓶插寿命、切花观赏值、花径变化、开花率、花枝鲜重、水分平衡值、花瓣含水量和可溶性蛋白含量的测定,对洋桔梗切花自制家庭瓶插液配方进行筛选。结果表明:与对照相比,各组家庭瓶插液均能不同程度延长洋桔梗切花瓶插寿命,提高观赏值,促进花径增幅和开花率,维持水分平衡,延缓切花衰老;其中M7处理(20 g·L^(-1)白砂糖+1 g·L^(-1)阿莫西林+50 mg·L^(-1) VC)是洋桔梗切花家庭瓶插液的最优配方。In order to prolong the fresh-keeping time of Eustoma cut flowers,Eustoma cut flowers were used as experimental materials,and the L9(34)orthogonal test was used to determine the vase life,ornamental value,flower diameter change,flowering rate,fresh weight of flower branches,water balance value,water content and soluble protein content in petals of Eustoma cut flowers during the vase period for objective to screen the formula of Eustoma cut flowers for household fresh-keeping solution.The results showed that compared with the control,the vase life of Eustoma cut flowers in each treatment was prolonged,the ornamental value was improved,the flower diameter and flowering rate were promoted,the water balance was maintained,and the senescence of cut flowers was delayed;M7 treatment(20 g·L^(-1) white granulated sugar+1 g·L^(-1) amoxicillin+50 mg·L^(-1) VC)was the optimal formula.
