摘 要:绿色生态住宅小区作为重庆市绿色生态建设、人居环境品质提升的重要载体,在绿色建筑发展中起着重要作用。该文结合重庆市已建成的绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区项目,梳理了绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区的技术应用现状,分析了高层、别墅以及洋房、高层混合业态等不同业态绿色生态住宅小区的技术应用,总结了重庆市生态住宅小区不同业态技术体系方案。可为地产运营、建筑设计以及相关行业提供参考依据,便于指导生态城市的可持续发展。As an important carrier for Chongqing's green ecological construction and quality improvement of human settlements,green ecological residential communities play an important role in the development of green buildings.Combined with the green ecological residential community projects(green buildings)that have been built in Chongqing,this paper presented the technological application in green ecological residential communities(green buildings),analyzed that in different building formats such as high-rises,villas,and a mix of foreign-style houses and high-rises,and summarized the technical system schemes for different building types of ecological residential communities in Chongqing.It can provide a reference basis for future real estate operations,architectural design and related industries,so as to guide the sustainable development of ecological cities.
