摘　　要：介绍了海阳科技股份有限公司锦纶6切片聚合装置的运行现状。通过工艺设计和生产试验,获得了生产超低黏度(相对黏度为2.0)锦纶6切片的工艺方法。为企业推出了新的产品,提高了在同行企业中的竞争力。The operation status of PA6 chip polymerization unit in Haiyang Technology Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The method of producing ultra-low viscosity(relative viscosity 2.0)nylon 6 chips had been successfully abtained through process design and production test.Thus a new product was launched,which it improved the competitiveness of the company in the peer enterprises.
