摘　　要：采用DS软牵伸纺纱技术和传统环锭纺纱技术分别纺制了纯棉全精梳纱线,测试结果表明DS软牵纺纱线的条干、毛羽、纱疵等性能指标优于环锭纺纱线。为降低原料成本,通过加入一定比例的普梳棉,采用DS软牵伸纺制了3种半精梳纱线,并用单因素方差分析法对测试数据进行分析。结果表明,与环锭纺全精梳纱线相比,DS软牵纺半精梳纱的强力、毛羽变化不大,但其成纱条干有明显改善,细节、粗节等常发性纱疵数量较环锭纺全精梳纱线的明显降低。Pure cotton combed yarn was spun by Double“S”curve(DS)soft drafting technology and traditional ring spinning technology independently.The test results showed that the performance of DS magnetic soft draft yarn,including yarn evenness,hairiness and yarn defects,was better than that of ring spinning yarn.In order to reduce the cost of raw materials,three kinds of DS soft drafted semi-combed yarn were spun by feeding certain amount of carded yarn.The test data of yarn properties were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance.The results showed that,compared with the ring spun combed yarn,the strength and hairiness of semi combed yarn by DS soft drafting technology had slightly changed.The yarn evenness had been improved significantly,with obviously lower number of frequent yarn defects such as snicks and nubs.
