经编结构盆底补片的力学性能测试与分析

摘  要:植入盆底补片治疗盆底障碍性疾病是一种常见的手术方式,能够恢复盆底肌肉功能。选用3种商用聚丙烯(PP)/聚丙交酯乙交酯(PLGA)交织的经编网眼结构盆底补片,分析了补片的结构,对比测试与分析了补片的力学性能。结果显示,由4把梳栉编织的对称垫纱经编补片具有最低的面密度,孔隙率较高,综合力学性能最好。Pelvic floor patch implantation was a common surgical method in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders,which could restore pelvic floor muscle function.In this paper,three kinds of commercial polypropylene(PP)/poly(lactide glycolide)(PLGA)interlaced warp knitted mesh pelvic floor patches were selected.The structure of the patch was analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the patch were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the symmetrical pad warp knitted patch with four bars had the lowest area density,higher porosity and the best comprehensive mechanical property.
