摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是妇科常见的生殖功能障碍与内分泌异常并存的疾病,其以高雄激素血症(hyperandrogenism,HA)、慢性无排卵、胰岛素抵抗和多囊卵巢为特征。HA作为PCOS的诊断要点亦被认为是PCOS发病的核心病理环节。中医认为多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症(PCOS-HA)的发生与肾、肝、脾及冲任二脉关系密切,多由肾虚血瘀、肝失疏泄、脾虚痰湿所致,瘀血、痰饮、水湿互结引发一系列临床症状。近年来使用中医药疗法治疗PCOS-HA的研究日益增多,其在降雄、调节月经、改善生殖功能等方面展现出较好优势,临床疗效显著。本文概述了PCOS-HA的中医病因病机、中医治疗、中西医结合治疗方面的临床研究进展,着重总结介绍了中医辨证分型治疗、经方加减治疗、特色周期治疗、中药单体治疗以及针灸治疗,以期为临床研究提供有益参考。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a reproductive endocrinopathy commonly occurred in gynecology,which is characterized by hyperandrogenism(HA),chronic anovulation,insulin resistance and polycystic ovary.HA,as a key in the diagnosis of PCOS,is considered to be an important pathogenesis of PCOS.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that the occurrence of PCOS-HA is related to the kidney,liver,spleen,and Chong Ren meridian,which is mainly caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis,liver depression,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,and a series of clinical symptoms caused by the combination of blood stasis,phlegm and water-dampness.Recently,the use of TCM in PCOS-HA has shown an increasing trend,which shows advantages in reducing androgen,regulating menstruation and improving reproduction,with significant clinical efficacy.This article summarizes the clinical research progress of TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of PCOS-HA,with emphasis on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,classical prescription treatment,periodic therapy,Chinese medicine monomer treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,in order to provide useful reference for clinical research.
