摘 要:在企业管理中,人力资源管理的重要性日益凸显。对于人力资源战略与企业战略是否一致、人力资源政策是否有效落实、人力资源管理中存在哪些问题等内容,需要借助第三方的人力资源审计的帮助来发现,企业开展人力资源审计尤为必要。论文以企业人力资源审计状况为切入点,探析当前人力资源审计当中存在的各类问题,在此基础上提出企业人力资源审计的优化策略,以期为人力资源的审计工作发展提供一些参考建议。In enterprise management,the importance of human resources management is increasingly prominent.The enterprise needs the help of a third-party human resources audit to find out whether the human resources strategy is consistent with the enterprise strategy,whether the human resources policy is effectively implemented,what are the problems existing in human resources management,and other contents.It is especially necessary for an enterprise to carry out human resources audit.This paper takes the human resources audit situation as the starting point,analyzes the various problems existing in the current human resources audit.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of enterprise human resources audit,so as to provide some reference suggestions for the development of human resources audit work.
