网络公共舆论对我国公共管理的影响探究

摘　　要：随着互联网的迅速发展,网络已成为公众发表观点的重要途径。网络公共舆论在政府与公众之间搭建起沟通的桥梁,为政府公共管理工作提供了便利,也使公众可以更好地参政议政。论文首先分析网络公共舆论对我国公共管理工作的积极影响与消极影响,随后提出几点应对措施,尝试为我国提升公共管理水平提供一些思路。With the rapid development of the internet,network has become an important way for the public to express their views.The network public opinion builds a bridge of communication between the government and the public,provides convenience for the government's public administration careers,and enables the public to better participate in the discussion and administration of state affairs.This paper firstly analyzes the positive and negative influences of network public opinion on China's public administration,and then puts forward several countermeasures,trying to provide some ideas for China to improve the level of public administration.
