摘  要:随着油田的不断开发,注水系统的能耗越来越高,注水系统单耗不断上升,因此开发注水系统节能技术是油田后期持续性发展的重要工作。影响注水系统单耗因素主要有管网注入压力、注水泵泵效、注入工艺和系统仪表计量误差四方面因素,结合注水系统实际生产运行情况,通过开展高压井关井降压试验、更换注水系统腐蚀老化设备、优化调整注水系统管网、维修更换损坏计量仪表等技术措施,有效地降低了注水系统单耗,通过以上技术措施,实现年节电205.44×10^(4) kWh,节约费用约130万元。With the continuous development of the oil field,the energy consumption of the water injection system is higher and higher,and the single consumption of the water injection system is increasing. Therefore,the development of energy saving technology of the water injection system is an important work for the sustainable development of the oil field in the later period. Main factors affecting the consumption of water injection system pipe network injection pressure,injection pump efficiency measuring instrument, injection process and system error of four factors,in combination with the practical production situation of water injection system,through high pressure well shut-in in step-down test,replacement of water flood system corrosion aging equipment, adjust the water injection system pipe network optimization and maintenance to replace damaged measuring instrument and other technical measures,The unit consumption of the water injection system is effectively reduced. Through the above technical measures, the annual electricity saving is achieved by 205.44×104 kWh,and the cost is about 1.3 million yuan.
