摘  要:本文针对游梁式抽油机配用的三相异步电动机自身不具备调频特性,研究应用了转子变频“一拖多”群控技术,以井组为单元,仅用一套逆变器带动多个电动机“异步”,实现转子无级调速和能量回馈,系统各电动机速度均可单独实现无级调速,负载可同可异,满足不同工况下的油井需要,评价其适应性和节能效果。累计现场试验10口井,平均有功节电率达到了23.06%,大幅度降低装机功率,井与井间能量反馈互相利用,降低了投资成本。In view of the problem that three-phase induction motors used in beam-pumping units don't have the frequency conversion feature,the rotor-side frequency conversion control technology was studied and applied in well group with one inverter driving many motors,achieving stepless speed regulation and energy feedback of these motors.The load of these motors could be different to meet the needs of oil wells under various working conditions.And the adaptability and energy saving effect of the rotor-side frequency conversion control technology was evaluated.The technology has been applied in 10 wells and the result shows that the rate of power saving is averagely 23.06%,with a significant reduction of installed power and a good use of interwell energy,thus reducing the investment cost.
