《针灸大成》中脘穴临床应用规律探析

摘　　要：通过整理《针灸大成》中有关中脘穴的记载,对其腧穴定位、刺法灸法、针灸处方进行探讨,发现因其胃之募穴,八会之腑会,手太阳、少阳、足阳明、任脉交会穴的特殊性,临床应用广泛,涉及内科疾病、妇科疾病、儿科疾病。内科疾病又可分为:脾胃疾病、肝胆疾病、心系疾病、肺系疾病、肾系疾病、气血津液疾病等、肢体经络疾病。The clinical application of Location of acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion prescription about Zhongwan(RN12)was explored by finishing its relevant records in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustiou.We find that that RN12 can widely used to treat internal disease,gynecological disease,pediatric disease due to the particularity of Mu-acupoint of the stomach,Fu-Hui of the eight convergent points,handTaiyang channel,Hand-shaoyang channel,Foot-yangming channel and Ren meridian.Internal disease can be divided into spleen and stomach disease,liver disease,heart disease,lung disease,kidney disease,Qi and blood disease,body meridian disease.
