田维柱运用眼针、方药治疗面肌痉挛的经验

摘　　要：面肌痉挛是神经内科常见病,随着生活节奏的加快,社会压力的增加,此病的发病率也在逐渐上升。田维柱教授从事中医治疗神经内科疾病多年,对于疾病的诊治有着独到的见解,对于眼针的发扬有着突出的贡献。在治疗面肌痉挛方面,田老注重针药并举,以中药治标,调和气血、熄风通络,以针刺治本,调治脏腑、平衡阴阳。针药并举,相辅相成,相互为用,共同达到"平衡阴阳、熄风通络止痉"的目的,且临床中取得了较好的疗效。通过归纳总结田维柱教授针药并举治疗面肌痉挛的临床经验,为面肌痉挛的临床治疗提供新的思路与方法。Hemifacial spasm is a common disease in neurology.As the pace of life accelerates and social pressure increases,the incidence of this disease is gradually increasing.Professor TIAN Weizhu has been engaged in the treatment of neurological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for many years.He has unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and has made outstanding contributions to the development of eye acupuncture.In the treatment of hemifacial spasm,TIAN pays attention to both acupuncture and medicine,treating symptoms with Chinese medicine,reconciling Qi and blood,eliminating wind and dredging collaterals,treating the root cause with acupuncture,regulating internal organs,and balancing yin and yang.Acupuncture and medicine are used simultaneously,complement each other and use each other to achieve the goal of"balancing yin and yang,extinguishing wind,dredging collaterals and relieving spasm",and has achieved good clinical effects.This article summarizes Professor TIAN Weizhu’s clinical experience in the treatment of hemifacial spasm with acupuncture and medicine,and provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm.
