摘　　要：本文介绍了乌梅丸治疗常见皮肤疾病验案四则。皮肤作为人体最大器官,疾病种类多且复杂,临床上大多数皮肤病缠绵难愈、反复发作。乌梅丸是张仲景学术思想的代表方剂之一,乃《伤寒论》厥阴篇主方,其核心病机为寒热错杂。笔者导师认为大多数慢性难治性皮肤病病机多为阴阳失调、寒热错杂,辨证论治、审证求因,乌梅丸可用于治疗部分慢性难治性皮肤病。文中慢性荨麻疹、慢性湿疹、皮肤瘙痒症、带状疱疹后遗神经痛四则医案,均采用乌梅丸治疗,紧抓"寒热错杂"病机,临证化裁,取得良效。This article introduces four proven cases of Wumei pills in the treatment of common skin diseases.As the largest organ of the human body,the skin has many types and complex diseases.Clinically,most skin diseases are lingering and difficult to heal,and they recur.Wumei pills is one of the representative prescriptions of ZHANG Zhongjing’s academic thoughts,and the main prescription of the Jueyin chapter of"Treatise on Febrile Diseases".Its core pathogenesis is a mixture of cold and heat.The author’s tutor believes that the pathogenesis of most chronic refractory skin diseases is mostly yin and yang imbalance,cold and heat complex,differentiation of symptoms and treatments,and examination of the cause.Wumei pills can be used to treat some chronic intractable skin diseases.The four medical records of chronic urticaria,chronic eczema,skin pruritus,and herpes zoster postherpetic neuralgia in the article are all treated with ebony pill,grasping the pathogenesis of"cold and heat complex",clinical treatment,and significant curative effect.
