基于数据挖掘探讨蒋益兰治疗妇科恶性肿瘤用药经验

摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结蒋益兰教授治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的用药经验,挖掘治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的新组方,为妇科恶性肿瘤的防治提供新思路。方法:收集2018年1月—2019年12月蒋益兰教授门诊209例妇科恶性肿瘤患者的首诊处方,采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析蒋益兰教授治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的用药规律。结果:209首处方中,共涉及132味中药,使用频次在100次以上的有11味药;药性以温性频次最高;药味以甘味频次最高;药物归经以脾经频次最高。根据药物关联规则演化得到核心组合16对,新处方16个。结论:蒋益兰教授治疗妇科恶性肿瘤用药寒温并用,重视脾胃,共奏益气健脾、利湿化瘀解毒之功。Objective:To explore and summarize JIANG Yilan’s experience in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors,explore new prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors,and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:Collect the first consultation prescriptions of 209 patients with gynecological malignant tumors in Professor Jiang Yilan’s outpatient clinic from January 2018 to December 2019,and use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to analyze the drug rule of JIANG Yilan in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.Results:Among the 209 first prescriptions,132 Chinese medicines were involved.11 medicines were used more than 100 times.The medicinal properties had the highest frequency in temperature;the medicinal taste had the highest frequency in sweetness;the meridians of the medicine had the highest frequency in the spleen meridian.According to the evolution of drug association rules,16 core combinations and 16 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:JIANG Yilan treats gynecological malignant tumors with cold and warm medicine,pays attention to the spleen and stomach,and plays the role of replenishing Qi,invigorating the spleen,promoting dampness,removing blood stasis and detoxification.
