定向透药疗法治疗乳腺增生症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察何氏定向透药疗法治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将46例乳腺增生症患者随机分为2组,治疗组(何氏定向透药膏)和对照组(乳核散结片)各23例,10d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后,观察2组综合疗效、症状改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率91.30%,明显高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义。结论:何氏定向透药疗法在治疗乳腺增生症临床疗效显著,具有良好的软坚散结、行气止痛功能,能促进乳腺肿块的消散,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He’s directional drug penetration therapy in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods:46 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(Ho’s Directional Penetrating Ointment)and the control group(Ruhe Sanjie Tablet)each had 23 cases,10 days was 1 course of treatment,and 3 consecutive courses of treatment Later,observe the comprehensive curative effect and symptom improvement of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than the 65.22%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:He’s directed drug therapy has significant clinical effects in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.It has good functions of softening firmness,dispelling lumps,promoting Qi and relieving pain,and can promote the dissipation of breast masses and relieve pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
