中厚板耐磨钢的延伸加工研究——弧形刀板生产新工艺

摘　　要：市场弧形刀板全部采用轧制成弧形的型材锯切后钻孔、冲孔的工艺生产,轧制弧形刀板原料有固定的厂家,具有一定的垄断性质,原料价格端的安全、稳定性差、费用不可控。另外,弧形刀板存在多种宽度和长度规格,采用型材备料需根据不同宽度、长度的原料提前备料,备料库存不易控。本文利用耐磨钢研究出一种弧形刀板的制备工艺,采用钢板压制原料自给自足,有利于解决原材料端的安全、稳定供应问题;采用钢板压制有利于减少原料端的备料库存,节约成本。The arc cutting boards in the market are all produced by the process of drilling and punching after sawing of the section steel rolled in arc shape.The raw materials for arc cutting boards are supplied by few manufacturers,who have nearly monopolized the market.Therefore,the safety and stability of prices of raw material end are uncontrollable.In addition,there are a variety of specifications for arc cutting boards in terms of width and length,so the raw materials need to be prepared in advance according to the different specifications,which increases the difficulty of raw material preparation.This paper introduces the processing technology to manufacture the arc cutting board out of wear resistant steel.Raw materials are self-prepared from pressed steel plates.It can effectively guarantee the safe and stable supply of raw materials,and reduce the stock and cost of raw materials.
