摘　　要：14规格螺纹在国家基础建设方面有着广泛的使用,棒材厂为丰富产品规格满足市场需求开发14螺三切分。结合前期试轧出现的问题,对14螺三切分生产过程中轧线精整区域影响产品质量和生产效率的因素进行分析,通过工艺优化和设备整改,达到高效稳定生产的目的。The 14 rebar is widely used in the national infrastructure construction.In order to enrich the product specifications and meet the market demand,the Bar Mill developed the triple splitting rolling 14 rebar.Taking the problems in the early trial rolling into consideration,the factors affecting the product quality and production efficiency in the finishing area of the rolling line were analyzed.Through process optimization and equipment modification,the purpose of high efficiency and stable production was achieved.
