摘 要:建立了同时快速检测叶类蔬菜中百菌清、毒死蜱、虫螨腈等3种农药残留量的气相色谱电子捕获检测法。样品采用乙腈溶液直接提取,基质复杂的叶类蔬菜采用改进的QuEChERS方法净化,采用传统便捷的气相色谱仪,串接电子捕获检测器检测,基质匹配曲线外标法定量。表明,3种农药在0.01~5mg/kg的浓度范围内线性良好,在3档0.02、0.1、0.5mg/kg(其中百菌清0.1、0.5、2.5mg/kg)添加浓度下,平均回收率为63.5%~138.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.7%~19.3%,方法的定量限为0.002~0.05mg/kg。该方法简便、快速、准确,完全满足青菜、生菜、杭白菜、菠菜等绿叶菜中百菌清、毒死蜱、虫螨腈的残留检测要求。A Gas chromatograph method was developed for the simultaneous determination of chlorothalonil,chlorpyrifos and chlorfenapyr in leafy vegetables.The residues of samples were extracted directly with acetonitrile solution and purified by the updated QuEChERS method and were determined by Gas Chromatograph with Electron Capture Detector.The matrix matching curve was quantified by external standardization method.Under the GC conditions,the good linearity for the three pesticides was achieved at the concentration range of 0.01~5mg/kg.The average recoveries were 63.5%~138.8%,with relative standard deviations of 0.7%~19.3%at the three levels of 0.02,0.1 and 0.5mg/kg(chlorothalonil 0.1,0.5 and 2.5mg/kg)and the minimum determination concentration of 0.002~0.05mg/kg.The method is simple,rapid and accurate enabling to determine chlorothalonil,chlorpyrifos and chlorfenapyr residues in green leafy vegetables such as Brassica chinesis.,lettuce,Chinese cabbage and spinach.
