摘　　要：文章运用文献调查法、内容分析法及案例分析法,对数据馆员的角色定位、知识结构与能力框架、服务模型、服务路径构建进行研究,指出其服务模型可分为基础型、全面型和特色型三类,以期为数据馆员的岗位设置提供参考。By using the methods of literature survey,content analysis and case analysis,this paper studies the role orientation,knowledge structure and ability framework,service model and service path construction of data librarians,and points out that the service model can be divided into three types:basic type,comprehensive type and characteristic type,so as to provide reference for the post setting of data librarians.
