摘　　要：文章在分析大数据环境特征的基础上,归纳当前管理咨询业的发展困境和机遇,探讨大数据背景下我国管理咨询业高质量发展的思路。认为我国管理咨询业可以从大数据技术支撑和人才支撑寻求突破点,从数字化战略、创新服务模式、智库作用发挥、数据安全、标准体系和人才队伍建设六个方面思考合适的行业发展道路。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the big data environment,this article summarizes the current development dilemmas and opportunities of the management consulting industry,and discusses the ideas for the high-quality development of the management consulting industry in China under the background of big data.The analysis finds that China's management consulting industry can seek breakthroughs from the support of big data technology and talent support,and think about the appropriate industry development path from six aspects:digital strategy,innovative service model,play of think tank,data security,standard system and talent team building.
