图书外借与空间利用关联及其影响因素分析——以武汉大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：实体图书与空间是图书馆为读者提供服务的基础,对图书外借量和空间进行多维度的关联分析,揭示读者不同行为间的相互影响,是图书馆调整服务策略的有效依据。文章通过调研国内外图书馆图书外借与空间利用相关文献,以武汉大学图书馆读者为研究对象,通过ORACEL数据库和SQL SERVER数据库采集入馆次数、在馆时长和外借量数据,采用相关性分析和交叉分析得到三类数据间的关联关系,以读者身份的四种属性评估其对该关联关系的影响。研究表明图书馆图书外借与空间利用间存在正相关关系,且读者身份在不同程度上对该关系产生影响,这与读者对图书馆实体馆藏、空间的需求和学校课程安排有关,根据该相关关系,对图书外借和空间利用提升途径进行思考。Physical books and space are the basis for the library to provide services for readers.The multi-dimensional correlation analysis of loan of books and space reveals that the interaction between readers'different behaviors is an effective basis for the library to adjust service strategies.Based on the investigation of the literature about loan of books and space utilization in domestic and foreign libraries,this paper takes the readers of Wuhan University Library as the research object,collects the data of the times of readers entering the library,the length of stay in the library and the amount of loan through ORACEL database and SQL SERVER database.Correlation analysis and cross analysis are used to get the association relationship among the three types of data,and the four attributes of reader identity are used to evaluate the impact on the association relationship.The research shows that there is a positive correlation between loan of books and space utilization,and the reader's identity has an impact on the relationship to varying degrees,which is related to the readers'demand for library physical collection,space and school curriculum arrangement.According to the correlation,this paper thinks about the ways of book lending and space utilization promotion.
