摘 要:针对柴油在线调合系统所调成品油出现的密度分层现象,从静态混合器设备本身、装置来油密度波动、间断性收油以及密度差等方面进行原因分析,提出了设备改进、工艺流程优化、提高装置和调合系统的自动化程度等措施。这些措施的实施将从根本上解决密度分层问题,提高一次调油合格率,缩短出厂周期,并起到节能降耗的作用。In view of the density stratification phenomenon of the refined oil produced by the diesel online blending system,the reasons were analyzed from the static mixer equipment itself,the density fluctuation of the equipment incoming oil,the intermittent oil collection,and the density difference.The improvement of equipment,optimization of process flow,and improvement of the automation of equipment and blending system were proposed.The implement of these maeasures is expected to fundamentally solve the problem of density stratification,improve the qualification rate of one-time blending,shorten the delivery cycle,reduce the energy consumption.
