摘　　要：为了提高参与国际标准化的话语权和国际标准立项的成功率,详细梳理《ISO/IEC导则第1部分:技术工作程序+IEC补充部分》的重要修订内容,并在总结新旧版本区别的基础上,结合我国国际标准化常见问题,提出灵活应用等建议,从而提升参与国际标准化活动的影响力,探索灵活应用工作程序的新方法、新途径。In order to improve the voice of participating in international standardization and the approval rate of New Working Items,this paper expounds"ISO/IEC directives,part 1:+IEC supplement procedures for the technical work–Procedures specific to IEC".Based on analysis of the differences between the new and old editions,combined with the common problems of China's international standardization,this paper puts forward some suggestions on flexible application,so as to enhance the influence of participating in international standardization activities and explore new methods and approaches to flexibly apply working procedures.
