摘  要:采用自制淀粉-丙烯酰胺为原料合成的高选择性接枝共聚物对平均粒径为8.00μm的赤铁矿纯矿物进行絮凝,形成平均粒径为37.75μm、絮凝体密度为2.92g/cm^(3)、絮凝体孔隙率为46.31%、絮凝体强度为1 362.41Pa·mm^(2)、分形维数为1.95的絮凝体。以制备好的赤铁矿絮凝体为研究对象,以浮选回收率为分选指标,考察了不同浮选因素对絮凝体浮选回收率的影响。试验研究表明,在矿浆pH值为8、捕收剂油酸钠用量为125mg/L、气泡直径大小为1.0mm、搅拌转速为1 800r/min的絮凝体,回收率最大值可达到92%。通过研究不同条件对絮凝体浮选回收率的影响,得出其对絮凝体浮选的作用规律,为指导实践生产应用提供理论支撑。The graft copolymers with high selectivity are synthesized by using self-made starch and acrylamide as raw materials.The hematite pure minerals with an average particle size of 8.00μm are flocculated to form a floc with an average particle size of 37.75μm,floc density of 2.92 g/cm^(3),floc porosity of 46.31%,floc strength of 1362.41 Pa·mm 2 and fractal dimension of 1.95.The fine hematite floc is taken as the research object,and the flotation recovery rate is taken as the sorting indicators,and the influence of different influencing factors on the floc flotation recovery rate is investigated.The experimental results show that the maximum floc recovery rate is 92%when the pulp pH value is 8,the dosage of collector sodium oleate is 125 mg/L,the bubble diameter is 1.0 mm,and the stirring speed is 1800 r/min.Through the influence of different conditions on floc flotation recovery rate,the law of its effect on floc flotation is obtained,which provided theoretical support for guiding practical production and application.
