全厚式沥青路面设计指标和材料动态模量研究

摘　　要：进行室内动态模量试验,分析动态模量和相位角随温度和频率的变化趋势,发现动态模量随着温度的升高而降低,随着频率的增大而增大,变化幅度随着温度的升高而降低;相位角随着温度增加先增大后减小,35 ℃以下时相位角随频率的降低而增加,35 ℃以上时相位角随着频率的降低而降低;利用法国计算软件Alize分析层间状态和各结构层厚度对设计指标的影响,发现路面结构连续时可以显著降低路面的应变水平,富油沥青混合料和高模量沥青混合料可以改善路面结构抗变形能力;基层厚度对设计指标影响最大,其次是联结层厚度。Indoor dynamic modulus test is carried out,and the dynamic modulus and phase angle change trend with temperature and frequency changing are analyzed.It is found that the dynamic modulus decreases with temperature increasing,increases with frequency increasing,and change range ability decreases with temperature increasing.Phase angle first increases and then decreases with temperature increasing.When the temperature is below 35℃,the phase angle increases with the frequency decreasing,and above 35℃ the phase angle decreases with the frequency decreasing.French calculation software ALISE is used to analyzed the effect of state between layers and each structure layer thickness to design indexes.The results show that the continuous pavement structure can significantly reduce the pavement strain level,oil rich asphalt mixture and high modulus asphalt mixture can improve the anti-deformation property of pavement structure.Base thickness has the greatest effect on the design index,followed by the thickness of binder layer.
