摘　　要：雷神山医院C5病区新型冠状病毒肺炎患者大多处于中期炎症吸收不良阶段,其病理演变规律是湿毒伏于膜原,湿困中焦、枢机不利,上侵太阴、湿毒郁肺;其中痰瘀闭肺是关键病理机转,若不能及时逆转而致心肺阳气耗损则成虚脱之变,由闭转脱则危殆矣。因此,文章从关键病理机转进行探讨,认为随"机"论治是战"疫"之决定性因素。Most patients with new Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in the C5 ward of Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital are in the middle stage of inflammatory malabsorption.The law of its pathological evolution is that noxious dampness in the Moyuan,the dampness trapped in middle energizer to lead to the axis malfunction,and invading Taiyin and dampness toxin obstructing the lung.Phlegm and stasis blockage in the lung is the key pathological pivot.And it will cause yang depletion of heart and lung to become collapse without being reversed in time.Therefore,this paper discusses the key pathological pivot,and hold that grasping mechanism flex method is key therapeutic method.
