摘　　要：升降散是杨栗山治疫十五方的基础方,反映了杨栗山对温疫病病因、病机、治则、用药的认识。文章从升降散的组方思路分析杨栗山对温疫病认识的传承与创新,基于升降散的理解指出其对现代临床传染病、外感热病及内伤杂证的指导意义。Shengjiang Powder is the basic prescription of YANG Li-shan’s 15 prescriptions for the treatment of epidemics,which reflect YANG Li-shan’s understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and medication of febrile disease.This article analyzes YANG Li-shan’s inheritance and innovation of the understanding of febrile disease from the formula of Shengjiang Powder.Based on the understanding of Shengjiang Powder,it points out its guiding significance for modern clinical infectious diseases,exogenous fever and internal injuries.
