摘　　要：中医整脊学科是运用中医原创思维研究人体脊柱系统功能解剖、运动力学,用手法为主的中医疗法调整气血、筋骨,使气血协调并恢复或改善脊柱力学平衡以防治脊柱劳损病的学科,调曲复位是其主要技术。文章通过查阅自《黄帝内经》始历代中医古籍文献,考证现代整脊10种正骨手法和6种牵引调曲法的中医古籍文献记载情况,为中医整脊学基础及临床研究提供文献学基础。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)spinal orthopedics is a discipline that using TCM theory mainly with manipulation based on original thinking of TCM studying the human spinal system functional anatomy and the spine movement mechanics,to regulate qi and blood,the tendon and muscle and bone for their balance of the spinal mechanics for prevention and treatment of the various spine disorders.The main technique of TCM spinal orthopedics is Tiao-Qu(Adjust the curvature of the spine)and Fu-Wei(Adjust the misalignment of the bone and joint).In this article,the philological basis for the basic and clinical research of TCM spinal orthopedics are provided by consulting the Huangdi Neijing and other ancient Chinese medicine documents,discovering the research on ten Fu-Wei techniques and six Tiao-Qu methods in ancient Chinese medical literatures,so as to provide a literature basis for the basic and clinical research of TCM spinal orthopedics.
