电针、温和灸足三里穴区对大鼠胃运动及迷走神经胃支放电频率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针、温和灸足三里穴调节胃运动及迷走神经胃支放电频率差异。方法:32只SD大鼠分为电针组、温和灸组,每组16只。对各组大鼠足三里分别电针、温和灸干预。囊内压实验法记录胃内压变化,判断胃运动状态。多层生理记录仪测量迷走神经胃支放电频率。结果:电针干预促进胃运动(P<0.05);温和灸干预对胃运动无明显影响。除0~30s,电针均较温和灸更能促进胃运动(P<0.05)。各时间段内,电针使迷走神经放电频率均显著增加;温和灸,在干预30s放电频率稍增加,干预60s、90s、120s及干预后60s则显著减少。除干预30s,电针比温和灸更能使放电频率显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:两种干预手段的调节效应存在差异:电针促进胃运动,且放电频率升高;温和灸对胃运动无明显调节作用,放电频率有降低趋势。Objective:To observe the difference in the regulation of gastric motility by electroacupuncture and mild moxibustion at Zusanli(ST 36)and the spontaneous discharge frequency of the vagus nerve gastric branch.Methods:A total of 32 SD rats were divided into two groups:electroacupuncture group and mild moxibustion group,16 rats in each group.Electroacupuncture and mild moxibustion were applied to rats in each group Zusanli(ST 36)respectively.The intra-capsular pressure test method records the changes in gastric pressure and judges the state of gastric movement.Multilayer physiological recorder measures the discharge frequency of the gastric branch of the vagus nerve.Results:Electro-acupuncture intervention promoted gastric motility(P<0.05);gentle moxibustion intervention had no significant effect on gastric motility.Except for 0~30 s,electroacupuncture is more effective than mild moxibustion to promote gastric motility(P<0.05).In each time period,electric acupuncture significantly increased the discharge frequency of the vagus nerve;mild moxibustion,the discharge frequency increased slightly at 30 s,and decreased significantly at 60 s,90 s,120 s,and 60 s after intervention.Except for 30 s,electric acupuncture can significantly increase the discharge frequency than mild moxibustion(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the regulating effect of the two intervention methods:electric acupuncture promotes gastric motility,and the discharge frequency increases;mild moxibustion has no obvious regulating effect on gastric motility,and the electric frequency has a decreasing trend.
