摘　　要：放血疗法是针灸技术中的一种特色疗法,随着放血疗法临床的广泛应用,科学合理的阐释放血疗法量效关系已成为广大针灸工作者亟需解决的重要问题。文章对放血疗法的量效关系进行初步探讨,提出主要观点:(1)放血疗法量效关系的概念为放血治疗中刺激量的大小与效应之间的关系;(2)放血疗法刺激量的大小与出血量的多少、放血穴位所处部位的不同、放血部位的多少以及机体所处的机能状态等因素有关;(3)放血量标准的确立以出血颜色的改变作为放血出血量标准的衡量指标更具科学性、客观性和临床实施性,即血色由暗红色转为鲜红色时的放血量为最佳出血量;(4)放血疗法针具的选择与放血治疗的最佳效应并无直接对应关系。Bloodletting therapy is a unique treatment system in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,with its wide application,its dose-effect relationship has become an important issue to be solved by acupuncturist.The dose-effect relationship of bloodletting therapy is discussed.(1)The concept of the dose-effect relationship in bloodletting therapy is proposed,that is,the relationship between the amount of stimulation and the effect of bloodletting.(2)It is also pointed out that the amount of stimulation is related to the amount of bleeding,the different bleeding sites or acupuncture points,the amount of bleeding sites and the functional state of the body.(3)It is more scientific,objective and clinical to establish the standard of bleeding volume with the change of bleeding color as the standard of measuring index of bleeding volume,that is,the bleeding volume when the blood color changes from dark red to bright red should be the optimal bleeding volume.(4)It is concluded that there is no direct correlation between the selection of bloodletting needle and the optimal effect of bloodletting.
