基于陈潮祖“膜腠三焦”学说再探三焦的形质与功能

摘　　要：文章梳理了现有关于三焦形质的学术观点,基于陈潮祖教授"膜腠三焦"学说结合现代研究,提出三焦源于胚层间隙的假说,从胚层发源阐释三焦的形质与功能:三焦的实质是皮肤、分肉、胸腹、经隧、五官、脑等所有的膜结构以及由膜结构所构成的腔隙;三焦的位置不仅局限于胸腹部,而是伴随胚层发育遍布人体五官九窍、四肢百骸;三焦的功能是运行津、气、水液等精微能量物质。文章对三焦形质与功能的再认识,为中医临床围绕膜腠理论开展三焦病症的诊疗提供了新的思路。Based on the theory of‘membranous Sanjiao’by CHEN Chao-zu,and combined with modern research,the shape,quality and function of Sanjiao are interpreted from the embryonic space:the essence of Sanjiao is all the membrane structures of skin,flesh,chest and abdomen,channels and tunnels,five organs,brain and so on,as well as the spaces formed by membrane structures;the position of Sanjiao is not limited to the thorax and abdomen,but along with the development of embryonic space,it spreads all over the body’s five senses,nine orifices,four limbs and hundreds of skeletons.Based on the further understanding of the shape quality and function of Sanjiao,the hypothesis that Sanjiao originates from the embryonic space provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of Sanjiao disease around the membranous theory in TCM clinic.
