摘　　要：文章从辨治肺系疾病出发,以络病学说为切入点,运用络病理论探讨了肺络网状系统的实质和运行气血的功能,阐述了肺络病的基本内涵、发病机制,结合络脉"三维立体网络"系统和肺系疾病常用辨证方法,创建了以结构、物质、功能为基础,以时间、空间、功能为核心的肺络病三维辨证体系,即辨空间以明阴阳表里,辨时间以明气血久暂,辨功能以明虚实寒热,总结了不同维度下肺络病的辨证要点,旨在为临床肺系疑难杂病和外感重病的辨证提供新的方法,为肺络病证治体系构建提供新的思路。Starting from syndrome differentiation and treatment of pulmonary diseases,this paper discusses the essence of pulmonary network system and the function of qi and blood by using collateral disease theory,and expounds the basic connotation and pathogenesis of pulmonary collateral disease.Combined with the‘three-dimensional network’system of collaterals and common syndrome differentiation methods of pulmonary diseases,it creates a three-dimensional syndrome differentiation system of lung collateral disease based on structure,material and function,and time,space and function as the core,that is,to distinguish space for yin-yang and exterior-interior,time for qi-blood and new-old,and function for deficiencyexcess and cold-heat.This paper summarizes the key points of syndrome differentiation of lung collateral disease in different dimensions,aiming to provide a new method for the differentiation of difficult and miscellaneous diseases of the clinical lung system and severe exogenous diseases,and provide a new idea for the construction of syndrome treatment system of lung collateral disease.
