摘　　要：文章以上海府县旧志为视角,挖掘分析其中涉医机构资料,梳理古代特别是元、明、清三朝地方涉医机构,分析官医提领所、医学、惠民药局、养济院四大机构的发展变迁、职能变化以及相互关联,初步呈现了古代地方医政管理、医学教育、官方医疗服务和涉医社会福利等工作机构的面貌。From the perspective of the historical chronicles of Shanghai prefecture and counties,it excavated and analyzed the data to sort out the local medical-related institutions in ancient times,especially the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasty.After analyzing the development,functions and interrelationships of the four major institutions,official medical management stations,medical schools,pharmacies for benifiting the people,and sanatoriums,it preliminarily revealed the appearance of the ancient local institutions of medical administration,medical education,official medical services and treatment,and social welfare.
