摘　　要：炒炭中药的运用是中医理论与临床结合的精华,中药的炒制与炭化可缓解药物辛散或寒凉之性,既一定程度保留生药功效,又增加药物应用的广度。因此,炒炭中药有其独特的优势及作用适宜范围,尤其适用于寒热夹杂或虚实并见之证的特应性皮炎及慢性湿疹患者。文章归纳分析陈达灿教授在临床中运用炒炭中药的学术观点和临床经验,结合岭南皮肤病特点,总结炒炭中药在皮肤病中的应用,以期加深中医临床工作者的认识,在辨证上有所启发。The fried and charcoal herbs have been widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The special process could not only reserve the native effects of the herbs,but also increase the scope of drugs application.In dermatology,the fried and charcoal herbs are suitable for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and chronic eczema,which was commonly diagnosed with cold-heat complex,or excess-deficiency syndrome in TCM.This article summarized and analyzed professor CHEN Da-can’s academic viewpoint and clinical experience of using fried and charcoal herbs in clinical practice,combined with the characteristics of Lingnan skin diseases,summarized the application of fried and charcoal herbs in skin diseases,in order to deepen the understanding of clinical workers of traditional Chinese medicine,and enlighten them on syndrome differentiation.
