南征从“络”论治糖尿病肾脏病

摘　　要：络脉是分布周身上下、内外、表里,纵横交错,从大到小,如环无端,流注不已的网状系统,"肾络"是分布于肾脏系统表里内外的络脉的总称。南征教授认为糖尿病肾脏病的病位在"肾络",是由于糖尿病日久,痰、湿、郁、热等病理产物蕴结成毒,毒邪循经入肾,损伤肾络而发病。临床治疗本病当从络论治,选用活血化瘀、虫蚁搜剔、藤类通络等药物,辨病与辨证相结合,紧扣"络病"核心,就抓住了疾病的本质,获得满意效果。Collaterals are a network system that distributes from the top to the bottom,inside and outside,crisscross,from big to small,such as endless rings.The part distributed in the renal system is called‘renal collaterals’.Professor NAN Zheng thinks that kidney collaterals are the pathological location of diabetic kidney disease.Diabetes mellitus produces a variety of pathological products for a long time,like phlegm,dampness,depression,heat,etc.These pathological products change into toxin,and toxin enter kidney along meridians,injury of kidney collaterals.Clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease should be based on collaterals,use drugs such as activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,insects and ants,rattan,etc.,by grasping the core of‘collateral disease’,we can grasp the essence of the disease and obtain satisfactory results.
