明清医家湿热型眼病理论述要与临证应用

摘　　要：明清时代的眼科医家已经对湿热型眼病有了明确的认识,但因未经系统整理,不易于当今临床工作者甄别与运用。湿热型眼病范围广泛,易双眼发病,易复发,病程缠绵;其病灶处以黄色为主,分泌物多;易致视觉形色异常,易致内障型和免疫型眼病。在治疗上,湿热型眼病应慎用补虚药,分步骤治疗阴虚湿热型眼病。文章广泛搜集了明清医家眼科典籍中散在的湿热论述,以症状特点和治疗要点加以汇编,可为眼病的精准辨证与治疗提供思路与参考。Ophthalmologists in the Ming and Qing dynasties had a clear understanding of damp-heat ophthalmopathy,but it was not easy to be identified and used by clinical workers due to lack of systematic arrangement.Damp-heat ophthalmopathy has a wide range and a long course,in addition,it is easy to occur in both eyes and easy to relapse.The nidus of damp-heat ophthalmopathy is mainly yellow with a lot of secretions.Damp-heat ophthalmopathy is easy to cause abnormal vision and is related to cataract and immune ophthalmopathy.In the treatment of damp-heat ophthalmopathy,tonic drugs should be used cautiously.Then attention should be paid to step-by-step treatment of yin deficiency damp-heat ophthalmopathy.In this paper,the author collected the scattered treatises of damp-heat ophthalmopathy in ophthalmology books of Ming and Qing dynasties,and compiled them according to the characteristics of symptoms and treatment points,which can provide ideas and reference for accurate differentiation and treatment of eye diseases.
